UK SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. We only ship our uk orders via Royal mail 24hour tracked with signature.

International orders are sent via Royal mail tracked with signature.

We also offer a next day delivery service for all UK orders which are shipped by Royal mail. The cut off time for the next day option is 2pm.

During busy times we can not combine orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed unless a next day delivery option is selected. We will contact you if there is a delay in your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Taxes may apply to local laws enforced by custom authorities upon arrival. Dressline does not take any responsibility for delays due to custom clearance as we have no control over this. We will not take responsibility for import duties and taxes. Failing to pay will result in your order being returned back to us. You will be charged for re-delivery and any additional fees.
